IJSR collects and stores the personal information you provide during registration, submission, and correspondence (e.g., names, affiliations, email addresses) for the purposes of peer-review management, publishing, indexing, and communication about your manuscript and the journal.

We retain submission and user account data as part of the scholarly record and to meet legal/archival requirements. We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary for publishing services (e.g., DOI registration/indexing) or where required by law.

Uploaded files and metadata may be visible to editors, reviewers (blinded where applicable), and production staff. Reviewers’ identities are kept confidential in our double-blind process.

The site may use session cookies to support login and workflow; analytics or third-party services (if enabled) will be disclosed on request. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal and archival obligations by contacting contact@ijsronline.net.
